Fallout Nv Miss Fortune

I thought Miss Fortune was a perk for bad luck on your enemies. I didn't know it was an actual person just like the Mysterious Stranger. I just came about this just now. This looks funny. I loved the Mysterious Stranger in Fallout 3, but I don't know, he just doesn't seem worth it this time, it's like, been there, done that. So I am thinking to taking the Miss Fortune for something different.

“Miss Fortune is a character that randomly appear in V.A.T.S. To help you out when you have the Miss Fortune perk. Just when your enemies think they have the upper hand, Miss Fortune appears to turn their world upside down.” — In game - description. Mar 30, 2011 I haven't tried either one yet in NV, though I am seriously considering Miss Fortune. In regard to finding an outfit to pull off the long coat look, there are at least two that I have found so far - first is in Primm, in the sheriff's office (only before you help get a new one, once a new sheriff is in place the coat is gone), and a coat on Caleb McCaffrey (sp?) the guy you need to hunt down. Fallout: New Vegas is a post-apocalyptic computer and console role-playing game that has been developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game takes place in 2281, four years after the events of Fallout 3, and thirty-nine years after Fallout 2. Fallout: New Vegas (PC) Cheats. Fallout: New Vegas cheats, Easter Eggs, Unlockables, and Codes for PC. Mysterious Stranger and Miss Fortune are twice as likely to appear in V.A.T.S.

How do you guys and gals like her? Is she worth it? Is it good comic relief? Does she even help? There are a few times in Fallout 3, I needed the Mysterious Stranger. I even loved how I could dress up like him in the game. I am trying to do this in New Vegas so no luck finding a long coat like I did in Fallout 3.
So I made a poll out of this. Multiple selections is allowed. If you choose more than one box please explain.
